Mood... that's all I've gotta say.
This is my first blog post ever, so give me some time to get used to doing this. I'm trying to get this website off the ground and running as soon as I can, and it's been a lot of work, but I think it's starting to look great.
Starting up my own photography gig has opened a door of opportunity and growth. I can see improvements in my work in just a few short months, which is promising to me. I'm really investing my time into becoming better at this craft and I couldn't be happier with the progress that I am making.
The things that I have grown to enjoy most about photography are all of the adventures I have been inspired to go on. Having a camera in hand makes me want to go to new places, explore new things, and get a new perspective on places I have been many times. Waking up before the sun, taking in beautiful scenery, and making the most out of every day have become more important to me. And it has also taught me a lesson. Sometimes, I wake up, go to the place I really wanted to photograph for sunrise or sunset, and get blessed with perfect colors and skies. Other days, the weather isn't as great, clouds block the sun, and colors are dreary. It has made me realize that scenarios will not always be perfect, and just because something hasn't turned out the way you had expected it, doesn't mean it's a waste. Take those dreary days, those gloomy skies, and make the most out of them.
I'm going to try my best to do a blog post 4-5 times per week! Bookmark this page to keep up with my posts.
